The power to output complex programming instructions through CAD/CAM for use in tool-making gives unparalleled speed and accuracy. We produce our own match-plate pattern equipment and shell core boxes in-house, seeing a process that once took weeks happen in a matter of hours.

Surface finish matters and we achieve it with our fleet of Premafond shell core machines, delivering structurally sound cores with precise geometry, while keeping raw material consumption to a minimum.

Consistency matters at every stage. But when you’re pouring metal it matters most. That’s why we’ve created a production-line that places Hunter automation at it’s heart, giving us the capacity to produce 1000 moulds per shift.

Reducing the errors associated with manual cutting saves valuable time down the line. Our Koyama auto-grinding machines remove gating systems and prepare castings to CNC tolerances prior to final machining.
